The worlds ended up being a great event...thank god we got bussy!! I was a little disappointed with my rides, I should have made top 10 since I can usually do the moves I needed to get me there , but just couldn't set up properly in the 45secs to pull it off....gutted!! but I guess 17th is still reasonably respectable. It was a good time anyway and the kiwis as usual stood out from the crowd and represented well.

So now things have quietened down a bit and the river has dropped more than 10 feet since the competition! so some nice features are coming in and we're making the most of the small line ups before the season starts. I'm heading up to Quebec next week to run some rivers and compete in the RIP cup Red Bull Extreme Race which should be cool, It's a team race and I've been told its pretty gnarl. Then it will be back to the Ottawa where I will be based instructing for the season and doing some tripping around in the US & Canada.
